Crystal Evenings makes every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 14 to 21 business days. Although, under usual circumstances your order is delivered within 14 working days, but please allow 14- 21 working days for delivery, taking into account factors not in our control.
Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). The order must be return posted (Please keep the postal slip with you as proof of postal date) within 14 days from the receipt of your order. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition and that it is return posted within 14 days from receipt of your order. The return address is listed on the contact us page. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 14-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of your order.
